So very sad to hear the saga still festers. Even an individual with a minimal IQ should conclude that students will not want to invest buying a ticket/seat on the sinking Titanic! Federal funds shall not be forthcoming with low retention, poor grades and a blustering windfall of defaults at each institution held by DCEH.
WASC sent a show cause letter once we went into receivership. They have one year to prove to WASC that they are financially stable or the accreditation will be pulled.
lda second row - we can only hope
Is San Diego the only receivership campus still enrolling students? They lost their new student advisor and last career service advisor. Is San Diego still WASC accredited now that Argosy is done?
I also hear Admissions and New student advisors were let go at AiP online?
President? Provost? Assc Dean? Faculty Development? Curriculum?
The recievership allows them to give no notice and pay no severence. (You’re considered a creditor and being your the lowest holder, theres no chance of getting $)
All of AUO in Chandler and Pittsburgh gone.....everyone. FA, Admissions, Student services, all management. No severance, last day of pay today. Awful.
Ai Hollywood done
I will be calling an employment lawyer to see if they can get away with no severance, I don't think so. Stay tuned.
ALL IF ENROLLMENT.. Argosy Pittsburgh and Phoenix. I was one of them. All of leadership including VP’s.
No they didn’t loose ECs but they lost Caereer Services
Im not sure if the Ai’s who left DCEH lost their enrollment people on campus.
AiP ground lost all enrollment counselors plus career services.
Sounds like no new students and no help for graduates.

All of Argosy .... online and ground
That’s how the schools that shut dow started! It’s just a trickle down effect from there.
AiP ground lost all enrollment counselors plus career services.
This morning we had a meeting where it was business as usual.
Thank you JC (provost of IDK)
Any word from AiP?
Just to clarify, AI Seattle's admissions staff was laid off as well.
yes no severance and not getting full two weeks of pay. It was awful
