Thread regarding Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC (DCEH) layoffs

AU Online Student-Need Answers

Please no B.S. just give straight answers to me; I have unsuccessfully been trying to reach members of my support team, for a week, and someone told me of this site.

Were all the admissions and financial aid advisors released today? If so, that tells me all I need to know.

Thanks.

@XgCr4Ij-kiy what kind of corporate stooge are you? " To students posting, I would refrain from social media sites, including this site" - why because it hurts the brand and drags BR name through the mud? " You are all important to the university(s) and your calls and emails will be answered in a timely fashion. " If the students were put first, before the fat cat executive salaries, this organization would not be in this mess!

sod --- truth between the lines - -the fact you are telling this student to keep calling says it all. Why should they have to call at all? All students should have been informed about all of this and offered contact information -- every student should have received a personal phone call.

'Keep calling' what a load of c***p

As of today, the only person not available to you is your enrollment counselor. Finance and academic counseling is still there. There’s a possibility more decisions are made tomorrow. Keep calling.

I disagree. Students you should be researching and looking into as many resources as you can for information and answers because you won’t get the truth anywhere else. Only those who have something to hide will tell you not to look. You have a right to know what is going on so you can make the best decision for you.

To students posting, I would refrain from social media sites, including this site. I strongly recommend reaching out to the number provided to you in the morning to get your answers. Social media sites fuel fires and gossip. Yes, there were layoffs today across all brands. Reach out to the number to receive assistance. Also, allow for timely responses to your inquires. You are all important to the university(s) and your calls and emails will be answered in a timely fashion. Multiple calls only bogs down those attempting to assist you. If the phone system is bogged down I recommend emailing ALL members of your graduation team which you will find their contact information in your portal.

To the argosy online student.

Call tomorrow after 10am eastern into the main 800 number and select academics or finance. There will be staff from those departments able to assist you. Without breaking the anonymous saftey of this site i cant say exactly who to call; but if you do what i stated above, someone should be able to help you out.

People on I Am Ai know nothing more than what’s posted on this site. No formal information has gone out to students. They’re just posting what they’ve read here. Ai, AU and SU employees are posting what is happening as they here about it. Stay tuned, it’ll probably get even more interesting.

join "I Am Ai" on Facebook for the latest breaking news on all of this. Looks like it is all coming down, just like it did with the rest of the campuses last year.
