SGS' IT Services is not performing and there were people being hired at very high packages. Every quarter there's a scapegoat being identified to go on the bench followed by a layoff within 15 days with a 3 months salary from the date of notice and without severance (as per company policy).
To implement this action, there are some very good demotivating HR reps being identified who'll not only make you feel depressed and useless but also make your mental state horrible. For doing all this, they get a pat on their back by their bosses.
This is a dirty game being started by the Leadership and the HR, and implemented by the respective Managers to save the respective Leader's quarterly numbers.
Follow these instructions:

DO NOT reach out to the VP or SVP for any role clarification.. your role will be eliminated immediately.

If you go on the bench, immediately look for a job change.

DO NOT look for a role with the company, your ex-bosses are shameless to call across the verticals to spread the word to not to hire you under them.

DO NOT go to the HR Heads, they're useless and don't care about SGS' market reputation, brand, image and spoiling culture.

Just beg for some time from your Leader and wrap up your claims and look for a job change.
