Honest and sincere question here for anyone with Broadcom history. Are there any females in leadership roles or higher levels? I understand this industry is currently predominantly male, but wasn’t aware how obvious this was until they consolidated our office. All three floors of private offices are occupied by males. I’m sure they worked incredibly hard to get where they are and I’m not questioning them being there, but surely there are one or two females at that level(?) Is this normal or is our office a one-off anomaly? Appreciate anyone here with some history or share if your offices are any different.

Considering the lack of females in Senior Leadership at the former CA, I don't see how the acquisition would increase the female leadership at AVGO. CA always acted like it was a big social justice organization and that kept the Yammer crowd happy.
You must be one of those envious and frustrated little men who are afraid of intelligent women.
Broadcom classic had (and still has, but to a lesser degree) very visible female leadership, not sure about all of the different companies currently part of AVGO.
Well, if you want an honest answer, most females in CA didn't know a lot of things, but were hired based only on their gender. Broadcom doesn't have that problem that other companies have, and hires purely talented people regardless of gender.
