We are all use to our business practices being condemned, we get a warning here and there, we get fined, threatened, but the way Qualcomm does business stays the same. But this time it’s for real. Although I tend to think that we will not get out as the losing side out of this, it’s frightening to think what might happen if we do. What do you think how the company would react if we lost the FTC case? Would that be the ultimate end of Qualcomm as we know it?

This entire situation could have been avoided. Terrible leadership. A CFO who carries a clam shell and only cares about stuffing execs pockets. Lucent, Nortel, Nokia, Motorola...Qualcomm.
Some say the stock would be cut in half: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/kerrisdale-says-qualcomms-stock-could-143717102.html
A couple more years of loosing legally; with more GD 'savings' and buybacks and Q will be so vulnerable to a take out for $5 and change..........Those patents are failing weekly now USPTO is on the case. It'll be burgers and walls; burning forests and smoking stacks.
Qualcomm is a big ship that will not sink easily, yes some part of it will be destroyed in case of loss/storm. Although I feel QC has a strong case here, they are giving Apple the taste of their own medicine i.e. dictate their own terms due to technology leadership. As we know till'16 these fools have no viable options:-) Now if you feel you are on the shaky side then my sincere advice would be to start looking around. No point in living in fear, there are many options outside.
What vision? Only thing SM sees is his own colon. That's what happens with his head up his rectum
A complete collapse or separation of the division (QTL) that actually brings in $$$ via its blackmail and threats.
But it'll be ok. #5GLeadership right ? Oh and SMs 'vision'.
