Specific to topic Associates typically do not recievce them until days before 1/31, and would expect at minimum the same service level.

I do believe the g--, le---an, and transgender groups that Carlos so loves within ADP is working on the resolution to the systems issues. When Jan Siegmund grabs you around the waist and keeps telling you he's fixing things you know something is off.
