Agreed...its definitely not the employees casting their votes for ADP. Oh, maybe just mgmt and the executives voting. And probably rigging the votes if needed. Just like they rig that annual Associate Engagement Survey. Ha.
Carlos is a lying scumbag. The "articles" and "awards" are part of a paid for orchestration of the media through McKinsey. Wake up! It's all lies to justify greed and corruption at the highest levels.
I used to work for ADP. Most of the people there didn't like and didn't respect upper management. They certainly didn't admire them. And that went for our best top performers too. They considered ADP a joke.
Perhaps only outside entities can admire this strange company.
Yes, it is hilarious and ridiculous. And nothing new. As the article said, ADP got this "award" 13 times already. The most admired company? But for what? For exploiting its employees and laying them off?
My coworkers and I used to laugh about this "news" every time that ADP was selected. It is complete rubbish and only good for a laugh. Man, did we laugh. But only when we were sure that management wasn't around.
