I heard that they have reduced the maximum number of PTO hrs you can acquire based upon years of service...Funny how it was never told to associates..and this supposedly started in October?? Another way to value your associates! Way to go 🤬

PTO accrual has not changed since 2016. If you are watching your PTO and think you are earning less, I don't think you understand how it works.
Yea and maybe pay extra for weekends and holidays like every other company does. Think that might minimize staffing problems??? Nah...
Yes, because everyone gets sick Monday through Thursday. Granted, most of the call ins happen on the weekend, but cut it back to one point with a doctor's excuse. Sickness will happen.
It is changing February 1st was announced to our associates yesterday...... but hasn’t changed on wire yet.
New hire. 2
Reg associates 5
Friday Thur Sunday 2
Holiday 3
Sorry this is not a rumor
E commerce associates PTO it's changing February 3rd, but not Walmart or Sam's club.. As of right now
Not true at all. I get the same amount as I always did. Try again.
There is nothing fair about PTO. We lost sick time and personnel time in that deception. 100,000's of associates money was stolen. When they cut your hours the managers win twice. From cut hours and from decrease PTO. Its January so the managers are on vacation after getting their bonuses. Fair. From our pockets to theirs.

I watch my PTO very closely and can tell you the amount you earn was dropped dropped last February so they better not drop it again..
