Did the judge fall asleep while SM was giving testimony? It takes a strong will to defy the soporific field he emits. At the very least, I hope leeway was made for his zero personality disorder...

SM's testimony was bland. Not good, but not bad for Q. It was a zero outcome effort.
Aside from that, he uttered "materially undervalues", "5G leadership" and "Apple will settle any day now".
Judge stopped taking notes during SM chatter; clearly nothing of significant value in his words to bother.
Look layoff.com has been upgraded on account that qualcomm people are heavily using it. They have added new features too. Soon they will start hiring qualcomm software engineers.
I can't believe the disrespect you losers are showing for a world class CEO! We are lucky to have SM, he could have gone to Microsoft instead. Look at how he has transformed a mediocre engineering business into a intricate financial shell of a patent troll run by lawyers and accountants! We are world class at our core competency of continuing layoffs!
Won't be long now till SM announces we disagree with the judges decision, that she just didn't understand our technology, and we will prevail on appeal. Oh, and JT is being promoted to reward him for his testimony and being caught lying by his own email.
He probably told the judge how apple and the FTC were getting closer to sitting down to discuss a settlement now that the trial began. F'ing id--t believes everything that comes out of his a$$
