Thread regarding Conduent layoffs

Horrible management, worst technology

Not sure what is worse at Conduent currently - the management or the technology we use everyday.

Majority of the management is just awful and make me wonder how they even managed to land their positions in the first place. I guess nepotism reigns supreme to this day.

Technology we are forced to work on is no better. We have so many daily crashes, I stopped counting. Everything is horrible, but VPN system is probably the worse.

Add to that lack of proper training... No wonder we keep sinking as a company.

Been that way for a long time! I was laid off in March 2018 after 10 years! NEVER got a raise in the 10 years. If you can get out RUN!!!

VPN crashing, Citrix Freezeups, Outlook (in the Cloud) with an overloaded internet connection aside from the constant internal network failures, Virtual machines that are jammed into an already overloaded VM host where laptops run faster than the servers (but we can't run things on our laptops since the Citrix switchover and laptop lockdown). 4 (or is it 5?) different help desks and ticketing systems. Everything geared toward r----ded Indian offshore biorobots and offshore hours. Phone Systems failing, Websites, Databases, File Servers too. And the evil Indian inbred monkeys brothers and sisters, cousins and other derivations running the show and pocketing all the money while the leftover U.S. execs s--- the monkeys **** and collaborate to destroy more U.S. workers lives at the same time.
