Agree 100%. Us who have been doing all the work, making senior managers look good, don't have the fat bank accounts that their salaries and shares have provided them. We all desperately worked extra hours trying to keep our jobs. Severance and unemployment wont be enough for us.
MD and SVP layoffs would have saved a lot of jobs of the people who actually do the work.
