CIOs just follow suit when they are unable to show value, a.k.a. ROI.
The 1 product is so expensive that find 500 customers is a good result.

if you are working with accounts outside of the 'strategic 500', then you are screwed.... in any country. TD management want to sell its 1 product to only 500 customers. good luck with that strategy... PS screwed regardless with such incompetent leadership globally.
