Seeing top talent starting to exit and more will be leaving as soon as bonuses are paid. Lots of disgruntled employees asking for references, etc. Broom and her co-horts are ignorant to the situation and need to go. Never seen such a mess at the top before. No experience in our industry, no empathy for people, and focussed on all of the wrong things! It explains the 17 percentile survey score which she owns on the stores side.
