"Trying to screw over as few employees and students as possible? " maybe by reducing the numbers of both to zero...
DCEH knew what they were getting into but they did nothing to improve it. They hired a bunch of family members at high salaries and fancy titles who did nothing.
They didn’t bring in new programs, offer new scholarships, market the programs, visit the campuses, etc. Nothing that they promised. They spent a ton of money on the STAR system that is a disaster. They have nobody but themselves to blame.
dhz so not true
'Its not the people who run things lately who caused this, they're mitigating the mess and trying to screw over as few employees and students as possible.'
these people are part of the problem -- carry overs from edmc - people who know nothing about business or management, people who deliberately do the opposite of mentioned above.

Passing the buck?? You must be a part of the dishonest or inept “leaders” of this corrupt organization. Your post has no credibility just like DCEH.

Edmc/ohe director boards.
-used an endless market growth model and over expanded to obserd levels. It was not at all possible to even hold that, let alone continue to grow to cover operating costs plus investors.
Had SU stayed at 6-7 campuses, AU in low teens and Ai only in major cities (so 20-25?) none of this would have ever started happening 6-7 years ago.

The blame is solely with the executives who drive he decisions to scam the government to collect title iv funds for student who have no potential for success, to mislead students into securing loans or dipping into personal savings to pay for tuition for real but useless degree, to force administrators staff and faculty into submission and silence under threat or retaliation and legal consequences, and to split and divide the schools into salable and expendable units.
I blame the troll who starts this post every week.
