Does anyone have a way to find out who is on the board or officers of the so-called Education Principle Foundation.
Odd that you can’t find anything on them.
David Halperin maybe you can find out.

3ogb. He resigned. Doesn’t mean he’s not pulling strings and still involved.
Trying to cover his a--.
Corruption abounds with anything he touches.

Here is the link for the State of Delaware lookup for corporations. https://icis.corp.delaware.gov/Ecorp/EntitySearch/NameSearch.aspx
Seems that EPF was incorporated in DE 12/9/2013. No other info on the corp. is available on that page. Continuing to look. One would think they would have had some sort of web site created in 5 years. Obviously, none was ever intended.
And I'm on my way out...by choice not by 'invitation' as many of my colleagues have been.
Thank you David Halperin. It seems like you’re the only one who might be able to let employees know what Brent Richardson and his cronies are up to.
I've emailed the contact person on the Education Principle Foundation press release to seek information about the foundation. No response yet. The DeVos Department of Education should be giving the public information, but they don't.
1aqx
And I believe the contact person for the press release is a lawyer. Such a classless bunch.
1aqx Leaving Dceh will be the best thing for you. And those of you who are still hanging on, it’s only a matter of time. Termination is not the end of the world. Actually it will be a relief. Take it from someone who knows.
I wish you the best.
What I meant to include along with the links was that EPF gave an email address at the bottom of the article. But when one goes to the web site...you end up at GoDaddy.com free hosting.
Just infuriating what these allegedly bright minds in higher ed are doing. I'm with a capped program with an excellent rep. But trying to hang in and do my job, I feel has tarnished my integrity and has left me feeling angrier than I thought possible. Oh these last few months especially in the land of totally no information and oh by the way...let's see how badly we can screw up all your work processes...says DCEH. I'm done...sad...empty...and on my way out the door.

Keep looking - it appears to be a holding company for Studio to keep the schools as not for profit - hang on!
Pef is out of Texas and so are most of the schools that were transferred -- as well they support schools.
Probably same company
Seems unlikely thats the same place. Thats based out of Texas.

Flip the name and you find a “ Principle Education Foundation” that looks like a legitimate charity. I bet the geniuses at DCEH didn’t even bother to do a trademark or Google search as the plan is probably for whatever schools they put in their shell to close quickly,
