The Gears Rd. warehouse - why is everyone working so much overtime? Nothing coming in or going out. Working twenty days in a row and putting down 12 hours everyday. Who is approving this?

It brings everyone down, moral is already down and everyone sees this.
Yes, they brag they make eight thousand a month in overtime only and she doesn't have to ever use PTO and can just put twelve hours down. In assembly we have to punch a clock.
The core values or "the absolute lack of " is the only thing that is more of a joke than the safety program. I'll say it again management is the problem.
Intelligence has its limits but stupidity knows no bounds. My manager at technipfmc proves this in every thing he says and does day in and day out. And what is worse is obviously his boss "upper management " promotes and condones this.
