Seems vendor who is provides services is misusing the documentation and siphoning off money into fake bank accounts created using the adhar card collecting while lodging claim thro syntel. some found pf accounts empty and many employee who were transferred to other group companies found their old pf balance of 5 years to 10 years wiped out or untraceable or not remitted
