Why does no one know what’s going on with DCEH itself? Does anyone believe that administration knows nothing?

Everyone knows it’s getting chopped up but it seems like they don’t have a plan forward for what they are keeping. No surprise, they’ve never had a plan. Everyone knows it’s crashing, they just want to know when it starts burning.

You do know what's going on. Dceh is getting chopped up so no, they have no clue what's going on either until all the assets are hashed out. If you are confused by this then your probably one of many that are not making the cut.
Government shutdown kind of has all bankruptcy stuff on hold presently
