Thread regarding ADP layoffs

ADP Benevolence

ADP has branded itself as a "benevolent company" to other companies/competitors. They grow talent-train, certify and promote associated-just to offer them (talent they have invested in), to other companies, with open arms through layoffs and forcing to walk away.

If this isn't corporate benevolence, I sure don't know what is. Carlos, this is ADP's new branding, hands down. Competitors send you their thanks.

That is so true: "Win as One" was a Carlos saying. The only one winning is HIM!

The inexperienced workforce (millenials) doesn't realize how they have been targeted--low pay compared to others exiting the same roles, more work with steps to retain--if possible--dissatisfied clients and the hindrance to capture true fulfillment in entering the work environment.

I just want to know who is really Winning As One? Oh, The One, Carlos.

I’m guessing the WOTC, Vetrans credits and the tax breaks and anything else this so called benevolent company gets is the driving force behind this. I was shocked when ADP offered to pay off studen loans, I’m sure there will be some sort of length of service contract and interest repay if you default. ADP does nothing out kindness. Somewhere at some point you will loose your mind or soul if you stay to long. It Was a great place to work but Not so anymore.

An interesting analysis. And accurate. And funny too. But not funny for ADP management.

Awful, corrupt, and wacko, yes. But as it has been pointed out, a "benevolent" company. LOL!

I really liked working at ADP. How did the culture just get so awful, corrupt and just whacko over such a short period of time!!?

Thank you, ADP, for training (but not retaining) America's workforce. What a wacky company! LOL!
