Anybody that has been let go, are they giving 12 weeks plus two weeks per year or just the two weeks?
If they keep you the 60 days, does severance begin after the 60 day waiting period?

If you don’t have a job lined up, yer f#kced....you will spend through your severance quickly.
No matter what you get, it’s capped at a year.
Someone who worked there for five years will get about 6 months severance, but NOT in a lump sum. No health insurance or 401k deducted, so it will be a bigger check on regular paydays for the duration of your severance time.
