Wishful thinking, but very highly doubt it.
Juniper hired as much people that it lost due to voluntary/involuntary attrition. Lost good people, hired c-ap. And a majority c-ap still exists that needs deep cleaning.
Don't think so. There is minimal interest in the market for someone buying Juniper. If there was even a rumor of a sale, it would have reflected in the stock price. These rolling layoffs just seem like knee jerk reactions to cut opex and protect margins. Plus if revenues are not growing, you don't need so many people.
