Thread regarding Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC (DCEH) layoffs

Accreditors -DO YOUR JOB

Deny transfer of accreditation to any new buyers for any EDMC-DCEH tainted property. There’s no way they can rebound at this point, do your jobs! Protect students not your fee revenues. It’s time. If they want it let them apply as a candidate, like HLC had the courage to do last year.

OP, so you’re saying let the quality programs go to quality institutions, right? Not slash and burn everything?

OP here, I was referring to the shady financial and leadership problems at those schools, not the quality of the programs which are typically good thanks to the hard work of faculty. Sears had a good product once too, but greed, bad management, and lack of vision can destroy anything good.

The Law School Transparency estimated debt-financed cost of attendance for three years is $251,417

I don't know about you but at these prices and under Western State's financial circumstances, I would tread extremely softly. Anything DCEH is poison.

I disagree Western State is a solid ABA law school that has prepared students well for the CA bar exam which is very tough.
