Yes, LV AI is open, faculty kinda got paid, still two weeks in the rears. No internet, materials for new semester have not been paid, online program licensing for students not paid.... Not out of the woods by any means....

Tech Park (building owner) does not accept the terms presented by Save the Art Institute of Las Vegas. Until there is an agreement between both parties to pay the past due rent, there will be no purchase agreement.
