OP seems to be a concerned customer.
If that's true: do us a favour and ask Bill directly.
For eons, SAP sold every product and everything SKU on the contract can be discounted except for HANA. If HANA still cannot perform, it is a serious issue, since it is already subsidised by other products. Maybe HANA was a great solution 10 years ago. Now it is not.
HEC is probably a high risk team since it's a sht team with sht product and sh*t people.
Hec Delivery in San Ramon got impacted with ~20 FTE. Others in Us seem to be safe.
