Western State says they have a potential buyer

Yes, the law school has done well and is ABA approved but who really is going to buy a school in this mess. Do you guys think its possible or a lie?

While there may be someone who is interested, the timing doesn't go in our favor we have two weeks of funding, and how can a new owner take over that quick .

Its legit, they should have a new owner in place (not sure if its a merger to another school or someone just taking over)

Western State is marketable and has a good reputation but to get a deal sealed in two weeks with all these provisions lifted is what I think is the concerning part.

Yes, Western State was ABA approved, we did get an extra two weeks to remain open the question is can we seal a deal in that time.

I'm not sure about financially, but in almost every other way Western State was very separate from the other brands. It would probably be the easiest to spin of from a systems standpoint.

Gee whiz that’s awesome!!! Exact same news at AiP. Are all administrators just leading people on or are there really buyers?
