The entire purchase should never have gone through to begin with. It should have died with EDMC, this was just a last ditch attempt for Davos to save face and hope that it could be pieced out quietly and privately later, while still allowing someone to grease their pockets. That's why they did everything possible, to include encouraging lying, to keep it going at first. They really thought that being a Christian non-profit would make a difference to other greedy debtors who want their money and the States who have an obligation to THEIR CITIZENS to collect the damages under EDMC.

I guess when your a trust fund kid you just think things should go your way. I can't wait until the audits begin and we see where the money went. This should be fun, because its going to happen no matter what...one of the MANY lawyers, if not all are already submitting their records requests and going to sick their forensic and IT teams all over these organizations and associated since they were dumb enough to tie them together (Woz U / Ai / Sci advertising doesn't go away). I will also have to believe that some of those famous alumni that the law school uses for their marketing will also want to support their fellow alumn and reputation of their school. Hope that trust fund has enough money to pay for the upcoming party. I'm sure the Dream Center Foundation is super glad you invited them as well.

Oh how you neo-christians forget:

"Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's"

AIP is much more attractive in receivership, as the receivership gets rid of the multimillion dollar fines acquired from the EDMC attorneys general lawsuit.

I suspect that the prospect of the receivership being vacated will send any potential buyers running the other way.

I think this is the final nail in the coffin. Time to move on. You wont get paid again.
