They (Ken Guerrero, Institutional President) announced today they were closing, not unlike all the other campuses, but he also said they have an interested buyer. Have any other campuses heard about interested buyers? I'm guessing they're going at fire sale prices...

Receiver is absolutely trying to sell assets; physical buildings etc. Your location may in fact be bought entirely by another school system, kinda depends on the enrollment and operating costs.
