The supervisors are force to give their subordinates rating 1 or 2 which the TOP management was given a quota of 10% to 15% in every section or department.
You are a new comer in your section, that why your supervisor must give this rating to you. So as to save other staffs.
But if this policy will to be continued, I forsee the staff in Micron will reduce every year, if there’s no new hirer.
If there’s hiring and at the same time forcing people with lower rating to leave the company, meaning the company is trying to get rid of the old staff or people with low competency.
