In my location, only managers were affected. Is this the situation everywhere?

I agree, so far it is Managers and Assistants that are getting axed. Also I have heard of Logistics Managers getting fired as well. This is not the way Nordstrom operates. They always take care of their employees, not treating people like dirt--until now.

Can confirm that the layoffs are affecting managers & assistant managers. Seems to be both positions affected at full line and mostly assistant managers at the Rack (location - San Diego). Lots of tears all around ✌️ 😭
