Anyone else getting forced into the call center for students getting shafted? I did not make the bad decisions that lead to schools closing, but I either have to let the students take out their emotions on me or "quit" and not be eligible for unemployment.
As an employee I can't get in contact with hr at my own come, but please, force me to be the contact for the students when I literally have no info to give them. Wtf.
Could be worse. You could have been one of the lucky souls told to falsify financial records. You DON'T want to know what's starting to happen to them.
It doesnt mean you'll be laid off, it means they will ask for your resignation, so you give up your chance at unemployment.
I was forced to be on a team they call white glove, it's a stupid name, I know. I don't have student facing experience and I was told to do my best. What the heck is wrong with these people? In the conference call today, we were told if we do not want to be on this temporary project, they will determine our employment. I'm guessing that means being laid off and I'm ok with that. I did not sign up for this. I'm just so frustrated with this company.
@XX7pQqs-1qlb how can I do my job when I don't have any information to help the students because I havent been given any information myself? I think this number is just to look like the company is providing assistance.

I feel bad for them, but I don't have info to provide... They can probably get more information from their campus or just using Google. Definitely a messed up situation all around.
You should just give them the WozU number and tell them to ask for BR or JC.
