Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

the agony of dealing with Qualc-ap

Had the displeasure of working with them a few years ago. They had this support portal and oh f--- was it agony. You kinda gave up using it after months of learning the Qualcomm engineers replies would be :

  • slow, muddled and barely make sense

  • conflicted with published documents

  • defied well known principales

  • refer to documents we could'nt access

  • repeatedly say "will get back to you on that"...........for days and days

  • was demonstrably incorrect

  • had so many caveat as to be utterly useless

It was a NIGHTMARE dealing with them. NEVER AGAIN.

The OP can't even properly write a coherent paragraph or spell principle properly. Maybe you're the problem and not everyone else.

Worked in this space a bit in my day. Not the best or brightest making the requirement or reviewing the UX. I'd be p-ss-d on the OEM side too for that c-apchute of garbage throwing regression into a hard loop on simple pulls ^_^
