This was a long time coming. He should have been let go 3 years ago and they had more than enough reason...
Damn, was hoping it was a different MB; a perpetual a$$ kisser who has bounced around NAD sales and stabbed numerous directors/VPs in the back for his own gain.
Are you still working for Staples / SP ? You're cruising on a ship of fools. Grab a lifeboat and jump ship while you can. SP will continue to remove the highest paid sales producers and management. They will all be replaced by younger people being paid 1/3rd the commissions and salaries.
They are getting rid of all top leaders I still have yet to figure out why SP is getting rid of the most knowledgeable, most experienced, etc managers and leaders
