Thread regarding Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC (DCEH) layoffs

Subprime college profiteers

Dream Center has done a horrible job with its schools. But it took over a company that was preceded by a band of profiteers. Here's one who was President of Ai, President of DeVry, and a board member of Quinstreet and Education Corporation of America and past chairman of the board of the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU)

"Dave Pauldine was a caring and enthusiastic president at my campus in the 90s."

Sounds like a one man wrecking ball to me. You see this dude coming, think Grim Reaper all day long; but to be fair a caring and enthusiastic reaper nonetheless.

gyu- wow, way to change my statement to TRY and fit your lame quote. *THIS

llllllaaaaaaaame, how much time did you spend searching the internet this morning to drudge that one up. Scores to settle, oh brother...good luck with that.

Cicero was nothing more then a self-serving mouthpiece to roman oligarchy. Might have talked a good game but never actually did anything to change the status quo....hmm sounds like some people here.

So... 'how is history important to anybody?'

“To be ignorant of what occurred before you were born is to remain always a child. For what is the worth of human life, unless it is woven into the life of our ancestors by the records of history?”

― Marcus Tullius Cicero

*Remember: there are still scores to settle.

your ignorance knows no bounds, how is this history important to anybody? Yes, its pretty obvious that anybody in For-Profit executive leadership is a crook. We all get it, what is your point beyond showing us how much time you have in your basement connecting strings that have nothing to do with anything. For-Profit is over, no one will ever make the cash they used to now that people have far more access to the internet. The executives killed their own industry and reputation.

Workers, you are the ones that make the difference. Stop taking these garbage jobs to begin with and supporting the for-profits by giving them your time and talent.

Why does the grifter always want to quickly move on? if you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem.

Remember, there are still scores to settle.

This is not "old news." It is important history. BTW: He is still at QuinStreet, the lead generator for Argosy. And he will be in the business even after the DCEH properties close.
