Is this really a surprise? I believe in Musk's vision for an awesome electric car (or truck) but as for being a boss... Well, he ticks off ALL of the boxes for the boss from HELL. Just look at the executive turnover. Working for Tesla means that you will be burned at some point, even if you don't report directly to him.
