There must be several smart people planning to leave once they have finally been paid for last year’s efforts, especially when the company can’t calculate what is due for Q1.
Whilst the return to customer focus and core business is a welcome change from the distraction of shiny new baubles and trinkets, it’s probably a little too late for people who think for themselves and are eminently employable elsewhere.
When employee trust levels sink this low it’s hard to get key minds back on track, especially with all of the brain trust efforts and social media posts from HQ.
