Conduent needs more layoffs -from the top, not the bottom. Change my mind.

The upper management doesn't know what it's doing... Same people responsible for project failure over and over again need to be taken out. Too many excuses.
They'll probably just be replaced by new people with the same ideas and it'll just be a case of next verse, same as the first. I'd rather just see the whole company crash and burn. In their last earnings call they said they retained 96% of their clients. I can't believe how. My guess is the clients just didn't have things in place so that they could fire Conduent just yet. I expect next year that number will be a lot lower.
