They have to bed the policy from the wire and was reading that they are changing it to 5 weeks. Has anyone heard if they are offering it. 30 years with company.

Where do you find the policy on the wire?

I just checked the policy 3/4/19. It was the same for FT, over one year: 1 week for every full year worked up to 40 years. They will minus any time on LOA from full years worked. So if you are 12 years 2 months and had 6 months of LOA, you will get 11 weeks of severance.

When a position is eliminated, usually you are offered 1 weeks pay for each year with the company.

Bed? I don't understand what you mean by that. The policy has not changed since January 2017
