Why in the world would Union Gas employees want to conform, and take a benefit and pension cut from a company that makes more than most small countries?
Because you should be happy to have a job at all? Oh Please!
The average age of a U.G. employee is probably 102. They earned the benefits and pension they have.
The public dismissal of former U.G. President S.B. was a humiliation and a slap in the face to the U.G. family.
Maybe treat these people with a little respect and let them work the last few years they have left without treating them like garbage.
