Thread regarding Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC (DCEH) layoffs

Debt to creditors is over $100 Million

As stated on page 5 of the February 27 letter from the US Dept of Education denying change in ownership of Argosy, "the court specifically found that DCEH and its subsidiaries were indebted to secured, trade, and unsecured creditors for sums in excess of $100,000,000.

This is not including the stipends that are NOT DCEH money, but student money.

One way to chisel the above debt. That 100 million figure seems suspicious. But we love the students and have broken no laws. DCEH or EDMC same difference.
