Just thinking out loud. Nobody needed this much litigation, but at least when these disputes end we will a more clear picture on the position of the company. Is it possible that these cases could be wrapped up in 2019, so we can go into the next year with a more unified stand on how to do business? Or at least will this end before the commercial deployment of 5G ( i mean the real commercial deployment that brings in revenue)?

Tim Cook will be kicked out in 2 years, Q will be back to business...
The appeals will go on for years. Apple will never settle unless Q gives the keys to Bldg N to Tim Cook as part of the settlement.
Latest one underway today downtown SD. Of course SM's 'late 2018 settlement any day now' never materialized. So either he lied (again) or misread the vibes so badly.............
