Nothing but years of lost work and a new territory that was poorly managed by multiple lines of business leaders who failed to do their job the past decade. Sad that the same managers who lead these teams are now in the same roles or promoted. How can this be? Recruiters are calling, emailing and texting and I think that their is life outside of Staples.

There is, take those calls and talk to them. Focus on the skills you built during your time at Staples, they don't own that and you can use that to find a better position. The majority of the world doesn't yet know what a c-ap fest Staples is at this point so you can still use that to your advantage. The losers and imbecile managers/directors/VPs won't leave and will protect each other. Don't focus on that, get yourself paid and get out.
