It is very likely there will be no raises for employees this year, regardless of how well you produced. They will whisper "You are lucky to have a job."
Notice something: in reality, you are lucky to have a job, much like a carnival pony tied to a harness wheel has a job. The view is the same everyday, you go nowhere for years, and for this, you are 'lucky'. I have a better idea.

The rumors surrounding 9th floor layoffs are false. There was one termination based on performance in the past two weeks, plus a few resignations.

If you are thinking about joining this company, don't. You've been warned.
They continue to hire people and are extremely in debt this is bad management. And then they continue to give raises to upper management ignoring the real workers in the company. If they want to get ahold of their debt they're going to have to lay people off and claimed bankruptcy.
Layoffs are happening ask the 9 th floor.
