If Teradata is going to lay people off and abandon many of its small-to-medium sized customers, why can't it:
1) refer laid-off people to small boutique firms that WANT to serve the customers and would benefit
from the expertise of departed staff and
2) establish a legitimate Channel-partner program?
Seems like an obvious win-win for all involved, but no one in Teradata wants to do the right thing by customers or partners.
