So if bonuses have been paid, does this mean a layoff before April?
Total bonus; dst & ss&c combined is @ 1/4 of former 'bfds' bonus and @ 4/5th of initially promised dst bonus.

Why post here? becaue it is still a loss...
DST people used to get actual stock, not options.
BFDS people used to get actual cash bonuses, not options.
As far as we know, because because has told us, none of us are getting the annual bonus we used to get.
In both cases, with the new DST titles/grades implemented to be in line with the SS&C structure, we are getting a drastically reduced salaries because of reduced or no stock or bonus.
Why people write of concerns for bonuses on a website called the layoff i will never know. Anyone see a income tax check in the mail yet?

I didn't think anyone was allowed to rank anybody as better than average/run of the mill/satisfactory this year.
Guess if you're a P3 and above you don't have to care about the other things. I'm sure reviews might have had something to do with it, but I've yet to talk to a P3 that didn't exceed review wise...
P3? That's it? Nothing about reducing costs, automating a process or processes, increasing revenue?
Bonuses are for levels P3 and above
What's the criteria for the bonus? Other than just showing up, your teeth brushed and hair combed?
Prorated DST bonus should be paid in March, when normally paid. No word on who besides managers will see the SS&C bonus.
