Source for missing payroll?

We're about to find out tomorrow, but shame on who knows in advance and does nothing (those that have the power to do something).

Then what happens? What can we do?

"the stipends, a type of student loan that pays for basic living expenses like rent and groceries."

Lol, this and the confusion over refund/stipend made me doubt the person involved with this article even understand what they are writing about.

“This is the first time I've ever heard of a college using the financial aid ‘refund’ money, which Argosy referred to as ‘stipends,’ to pay for operating expenses,”

Mr. Kantrowitz said. “That is a breach of fiduciary duty. It may even be criminal.”
