Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Continiued Harrassment

I work in an area that was a high shrink dept with a couple supervisors. One manager for salesfloor and one for service area. The service mgr was on vacation during inventory. They come back and yell the news about whats the number were and items not counted. Most the the items not counted and variances were from the service area. I was stocking in the area and heard them and other service employees talking about im blaming them for numbers and going on and on with foul language left and right about myself. Pne went on to talk about they how much they hate me and jist want me to go away. I did talk to a mgr about but it seems to always turn against me. My mgr sides with the service side cause they have more time with them. Ive had numerous convesations about issues thst affect my merchandise from the service side npt doing things correctly. But i dont knpw what to do without this coming back on me. I feel like its going to continue to be me against thrm and no support from them.

If everything you're saying is true, stop being a whiny doormat. If the last manager you spoke to did nothing about it, then go to their boss....then their boss...then their boss if necessary. Make sure you document times, dates, witnesses, what exactly was said, etc. If you continue to just take it, they will continue to dish it out.
