Underwhelmed by CH’s view that employees are very excited about integration. Wonder who she’s getting her intel from.

I feel sorry for CH. Her complete lack of any demonstrable skill combined with inoperable social awkwardness makes her unsuited to lead anything. Then she can’t seem to pick talent to save her life. Her ‘advisors’ lack the necessary ability to provide meaningful advice. Some have good hair, or appear geek-like so that she thinks they are competent, but sadly she is wrong. Her days at the helm are numbered and then her semi pro golfer husband will have to deal with her full time. At least the poor guy can get away from her on the golf course.
The sign of a good leader, or good any role for that matter, is the ability to learn from mistakes and get better. The ELT clearly demonstrated that ability this year. Feeling optimistic and excited about the future with this group at the wheel.
Definitely much improved over last year. It was apparent Al and most of the ELT took previous feedback to heart and they put together an event that was actually interesting... not the scripted BS of the past. For the first time ever, I thought Al was quite engaging..dare I say even charismatic. CH was the only dark cloud. She appeared to be suffering from some kind of facial spasm while she attempted to explain how excited the utility employees are about her chaotic and disorganized reorg. He attempts to chime in on other questions seemed to elicit disgust from the other panelists.. "Are you done talking Cynthia?" made me (and everyone else in the room) laugh out loud.
Struck me as being dishonest. Like Al.
I thought it was decent. Improved over previous years where it was just the executives sharing the rich activities they enjoy doing for fun, this year was a step in the right direction
