Apparently it’s zero once you get laid off
100k for junior eng, not much higher for senior
Go to Glassdoor, they have salaries for titles and localities.
Eng = $whatever Manpower gives their H1Bs
Sr Staff = $depends how long you've been around basically
0 dollars more or less, with a high chance of getting laid off
