No bachelor degree needed for enrollment staff?

Has anyone else noticed that the job description for enrollment changed and a bachelor degree is no longer required? Thoughts?

Well if they hire a bunch of people with HS diplomas, they can encourage them to get their college degrees at UOPX. They're probably hoping to increase enrollment.

Basic requirements are high school diploma or GED but in additional qualifications it references a bachelor's degree but it is not REQUIRED.

Not required. Recommended. The required section has a high school diploma or GED. Bachelor degree recommended but no longer required.

Where are you guys seeing this? I'm really curious. I went to the school site Careers section and searched for ER openings and I still see a BS required.
