Anyone else getting screwed by the live well/ spending acct? I received an email mid November 2018 stating I had over $70 million in it, I was surprised and even called them and was told it was correct and to be sure and use it by end of year or it will be gone. ( I retired In 2017 that’s why I was surprised) in mid December I received another email stating I owed them $10 from using the acct in 1/18, I haves called them numerous times and even called Wags benefit dept and have gotten nothing but one story after another story( lie) after another. I was told acct was closed in mid December of 2017, how could it have been used in January of 2018, then the dates it was supposedly used on the pharmacy ha no record of any scripts being sold to me on those dates. Makes you wonder about a multi billion dollar company that cannot tell the truth and cannot even read/understand what a previous person had stated before from their computers. I have no respect for them as they continue to abuse their employees and continue to lie to them. I guess they can keep my money if they need to line their pockets even more and continue to abuse
